    I purchased two small frame kennels for my Tibetan Spaniel and my toy American Shepherd. Both dogs fit perfectly and enjoy the kennels.

    The construction of the bodies is excellent – the frames are rigid and well ventilated. The doors are good but there is too much space between the latches and the strike plates so they rattle a lot. This is easily fixed with some kind of soft spacing material to make the latches thicker, but it would be better if there wasn’t quite so much space.

    The ratchet straps are great for a truck or a vehicle with very substantial tiedown points. Unfortunately, the hooks were simply too massive for my midsize SUV. This has nothing to do with the quality of the straps, just information for other folks using ratchet straps to tie down on a vehicle that doesn’t have very large tie down points.
